At Sewing Making Kit, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return the product within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition—unopened, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please notify us promptly. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you have any questions regarding a specific product, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
